教育部公布了33个我国公民主要留学国家1万多所学校名单，基本涵盖了我公民主要留学目的地国正规高等学校。所公布的新西兰留学名单，根据有关情况定期调整，目前为第二十三版。本名单截止日期为2012年2月7日。
